My overall experience before the company acquired and merged was positive. Afterward, it became a company struggling for identity, focused on EBITDA, and creating a false identify a of culture. 4 CEOs since merger, and 7 is hard to justify. Client satisfaction decreased dramatically and most all clients are leaving. Sales Executives must meet and present internally once a lead comes in to determine which of the 3 solutions best fits.

The product is really great. The structure and tools available to sales reps is really helpful to the sales cycle. The culture has had some issues as the company has grown, acquired/merged and that has led to some growing pains.
