Current Employee My overall experience at Quantiphi was a mix of strong diversity and inclusion with notable challenges in incentive compensation. The company provides an open, collaborative culture and genuinely values different perspectives, which made day-to-day teamwork rewarding. However, the sales incentive structure lacked transparency and consistency, making it hard to predict earnings and stay motivated. Clearer metrics, more frequent updates on quotas, and streamlined payout processes would greatly improve the sales experience while maintaining the inclusive environment Quantiphi already fosters.
