AEs here are expected to do half of SDRs job despite of such a big SDR team. For ex: demo reminders, personalised demo reminders, rescheduling the no shows, core prospecting and the managers don't help in cross team comms. They just expect you to do it yourself and be the bad cop

When I first started here, the company was AMAZING. We had an amazing VP of Sales, sales were up, people were happy and the company was heading in a great direction. Fantastic organization to work at! One of the only edtech companies thriving right now. Super impressed over the last year of working here with the way that leadership values input from employees and then adjusts as needed to make the place better. There honestly cannot be a better edtech company to work for.
