Current Employee When I first started here, the company was AMAZING. We had an amazing VP of Sales, sales were up, people were happy and the company was heading in a great direction. Fast forward to December 2024, VP of Sales leaves and culture just absolutely tanked. While I appreciate the two sales managers stepping up as interim co-VP of sales, they have ruined the culture. We went from a culture of trust and autonomy to a culture of questioning and micromanagement. Not to mention all the uncertainty in education with budgets, which have slowed sales significantly. This place seriously has the potential to be one of the BEST companies on the planet, but they’ve gotta get back to their old ways of trusting the sales team, listening to our feedback and partnering with us for success, not just negative feedback 24/7.
