Strong opportunity to make money. Structure of the company and overall leadership are quite poor. No one really knows whats going on or what the overall direction of the org is.

Great company, great culture. As all sales it is a grind, new to the company and have never felt so welcomed. Opportunity is there, need to be ambitious and have a go getter mentality to be successful.
