Experience varies based on your manager. They manage up.... Knee jerk reactions to hit targets set by private equity. Not competitive on many "core" products if the deal is not complex. So hard to get in the door to be able to uncover the complexity.

Sales cycle is really long. Can be 1 year or more. Pay is okay for your first 2-3 years as you learn the industry and build your book of business. 100% commission afterwards.
