Current Employee The residual pay, uncapped commission, and seemingly never ending products/services to sell to clients is unmatched. But, the industry is highly commodified, with long sales cycles, and the company has very non-nimble operations-hard to close. It takes a long time to see results from hard work, with little proactive support from sales management. But, great support from business development and SMEs.
