Good company for entry-level roles, best in terms of culture and people actually CARE for you to succeed! However growth of company is slow and uncertain as company is trying to shift majority of customers from perpetual to subscription licensing model. That being said, company is currently driving new GTM strategy to ramp up new business and growing their newly created Business Development team (just recently in FY26), with multiple roles available for opening now.

RSA SecurID is a excellent company to be a salesperson (IMO). Quotas are obtainable (but not easy). With work & luck you can beat your quota. Personally I find this to be a good working culture.
