My overall experience with the company was not a bad one. I have a tough time believing in the leadership there though as they had never delivered on what they continued to preach. The CEO was always looking to blame someone other than himself and was to heavily involved in making deals and other matters.

World-class technology. Team has struggled to find consistent messaging on what Rafay solves and where it fits in the K8s platform ecosystem. Constant pivots and high turnover has led to flat growth. Upside is a consolidation in K8s market combined with a growing list of impressive customers
