It's sales, so it is challenging. The challenging aspect depends on many different factors. For example, within my market, the talent is not all that great at times. On top of that, majority of companies don't want to outsource and pay for us to do the hiring for them, when we are vey specialized in one area.

VERY. There are a lot of competitors, and many are better in my experience. Manpower is a fantastic option in place of Randstad!

Depends on the industry you're selling into. It's very silo'd at Randstad. If you're selling into Skilled trades, vs tech, vs Eng, it's all going to vary. I find Randstad is best suited to selling into large accounts with multiple lines of business. The multinational corporations who will recognize the randstad brand name. If you're selling to SME, you'll face a lot more resistance when it comes to pricing.
