Former Employee My overall experience was positive. Good place to cut your teeth. Lots of internal opportunities for corporate minded individuals. Loyalty goes one way, they'll cut high level execs and lower level employees as they see fit. Base salary was bellow industry average. But they had good benefits, rrsp match, employee stock purchasing plans and matching, fun competitions, and other incentives. Be prepared to be somewhat micromanaged.
