My overall experience was positive. Good place to cut your teeth. Lots of internal opportunities for corporate minded individuals. Loyalty goes one way, they'll cut high level execs and lower level employees as they see fit. Base salary was bellow industry average. Overall experience has been pretty good thus far. Culture is a little different than I was hoping for. Training is very thorough but can be unorganized at times, so finding time to breath is extremely tough.
