Former Employee It really depends on what office you join. My office was very unorganized and lacked direct leadership. They over hired Account Managers and I did not have much opportunity or quality accounts to sell to. Meanwhile the 2 AMs they hired ahead of me had much more going on because they got to choose 30-40 accounts each that they wanted to keep before I started. I was left with the scraps which, most of which were accounts that they had already exhausted or had no opportunity at all.
