Former Employee The company is sedate and slow moving. In general they recruit nice people and the environment is pleasent.
From a product perspective it is clunky and becoming dated versus competitors. The pricing is confusing.
They gave product training but little to no training on how to sell it to the customer. They hang that on the rep.
Lead distribution amongst reps is not done fairly. There is no defined territories and the rules of engagement mean as a new rep you have much less opportunity to earn versus tenured reps. They will push this responsibility back on you despite the obvious obstructions.
