Goals are set on corporate ideals. Way too many sales people for the amount of leads generated. Product was great at one time, but hasn’t kept pace with the industry. Product team doesn’t listen to customer needs.

I had 3 different managers in 6 months. One manager left, the other was just temporary while they hired a new manager. I received no support, feedback, or training while under the temporary manager.
