The MDR space is incredibly saturated and it is difficult to set yourself apart from many of the vendors out there. A similar theme across the cybersecurity landscape. Clients have a hard time seeing the value and a lot of conversations are price driven right now. Inbound leads are non-existent for many here. Outbound is the only way to generate pipeline. Client retention is extremely high because the product and people behind the product are incredible.
