Current Employee The people at Red Canary are smart, caring and hard working.
Leadership lacks the ability to strategically plan, is chaotic and concerned about selling the company.
Despite saying otherwise, leadership is not committed to their employees. There is no way to grow in the company, the performance ratings are are joke and not enforced, and there is no coaching of leaders or anyone.
It’s amateur hour for executives lead by a narcissist ego driven ceo founder.
