I worked here in 2022. Poor management, high sales staff turnover. Consistently changing territories from one rep to another. Entire teams taken out over a period of a few months. Poor sales structure and highly toxic sales culture. I cannot say anything positive about this company or role. Lots of prejudice and clicky behaviour with management. The worst part is that this company claims to care about its staff.

The base salary is according to the experience. However all the politics and finance led decisions makes it a bit of a challenging environment which makes it a very challenging culture and hard place to make a career. It’s tough times for a lot of tech companies anyway
