Redgate will not blow you out of the water with a large OTE, but they more than make up for it by being a stable company that sets reasonable goals for its sales team. Not a ton of turnover because long-term reps are able to create solid relationships with customers and grow business within accounts.

I was there back in 2008, and this was an inside sales job where we were processing a high volume of leads. I understand the company's GTM motion is very different now. So think of this more like a fun tour back to 2009, just after the financial crash.

I did not have a good experience working at Redgate. The culture is talked about alot but frankly it isn't a good culture. Leadership doesn't have a good sales strategy and most reps continue to miss their targets. There are plenty of product issues and sales cycles are extremely long for very small deals.
