Redgate values its team members and people more than any other company I have had the privilege of working for. This is a great company that emphasizes collaboration, growth, and fun. I genuinely enjoy helping customers solve their database challenges and working with some of the brightest minds in this industry. I was there back in 2008, and this was an inside sales job where we were processing a high volume of leads. I understand the company's GTM motion is very different now. So think of this more like a fun tour back to 2009, just after the financial crash.
