Overall, a good company. Individual developer and small team solutions are well known and trusted, but the enterprise solutions are new and not yet at a place where they're seen as valuable in an ecosystem that has a plethora of open-source solutions. Great management with above average culture. Pay is well below the market and growth opportunity is minimal.

Redgate will not blow you out of the water with a large OTE, but they more than make up for it by being a stable company that sets reasonable goals for its sales team. Not a ton of turnover because long-term reps are able to create solid relationships with customers and grow business within accounts.
