Current Employee3.7Feb 9, 2025Job started out amazing but as things went on they doubled the size of the reps and I’ve seen my income cut to a 1/4 of what I was making before. I still keep my close rate up but it just seems the opportunities for large jobs is getting slimmer and slimmer.

The large size of the company combined with the independently operated locations provides for a big corporation feel when it comes to resources and simultaneously has the family-owned small to mid size business feel when it comes to growth potential as an individual for contribution.
