Job started out amazing but as things went on they doubled the size of the reps and I’ve seen my income cut to a 1/4 of what I was making before. I still keep my close rate up but it just seems the opportunities for large jobs is getting slimmer and slimmer.

My overall experience was poor. If you don't impress management within the first thirty days of selling, your days are numbered. There is no time to settle into the job, despite what they initially tell you.
