Favoritism, the VP does not share leads with everyone. It gets sent to only a few people. Not real room for growth. Those who succeed have an influx of leads coming in. Started off as a hybrid role but then quickly became an in office role

It’s been tough working through favoritism and inbounds coming . You need to be able to train yourself because training is lack luster

Poor leadership from the top down. Unorganized, nonprofessional, and unknown of the true landscape around them. Both VP are glorified reps are and are selling against team.

use your energy to look elsewhere. not worth the headache, you can find better. if we're talking about sales specific... they do not check many boxes off. they do have a great product with strong positioning in their market.
