Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I appreciated the overall company and in some case felt well taken care of, with that being said, the vertical that I was a part of was mismanaged to the point of inoperability. There is only one rep who has been on the team longer than two years and he's directly related to both the EVP and VP. They have a strong vision but often time the product cannot back up the sales. You might find yourself in tight situations when you're expected to deliver on sales promises that you've made but cannot because the integration you need doesn't work as it supposed to or isn't ready to roll out yet. They do support you with a full suite home office and also give you the option of having a company issued cell phone or an allowance. The CEO is smart and does inspire confidence. This review is vertical specific, I'm sure that there are opportunities with the company where nothing that I've said here applies but this is an accurate representation of my experience.
