Organization is currently top-heavy - more VPs, admins, and other non revenue generating roles than salespeople. C suite out of touch with the market and insulated by nepo hires and yes-people. Great people in the sales and operations teams. Advise waiting for new executive leadership to clean house and refocus.

You are limited by RNDC's ability to retain contracts with suppliers. Once the good suppliers leave, good luck.

I was very fortunate to have great leadership. I was extremely grateful, because some people did not. I enjoyed the freedom to use my own style of sales and manage my accounts as I saw fit. Great compensation, but I believe that has changed in the last year.
