Current Employee Sales leadership in transition, with 4 key leadership changes in the last 2 months. GTM strategy is stuck within ever shrinking faith-based TAM, increasingly unattainable quotas every quarter. Took multiple months to get my comp plan from leadership after onboarding. SDR's are performing role of salesforce admins, AE VA's, and extremely understaffed and unreliable sales ops. Non-existent trainings for SDRs.
