High quotas, but possible to hit with the right deals in your territory. Lots of changes post acquisition that have impacted sales function and the overall market has caught up / exceeded us from a product perspective. Good people.

There have been some challenges in the past but the SLT is laser focused on (in my opinion) the right initiatives to remedy these.
