Current Employee My overall experience was not too bad especially when you’re performing.
But the work environment could be toxic and sales point of view is not always took into consideration.
Commission structure changes every quarter.
Decision made by the leadership affects your day to day job and target a pretty high and your commission are liked to QC.
So if you fail QC, no commission. Very arsh to accept when you have struggle to secure some commission.
So it’s leads to be demotivated
