Former Employee I really enjoyed my time at RG the product was loved by clients and it was very sticky (not much churn at all ) we often hit over 100% on retention in the CS department.
I left just before the company restructured which was just after it was acquired by edenred so the culture may have changed as it is now a public company.
but when I was there it had a stunning culture, real flexible working and really supportive teams! Definitely one of the best places I had worked in!
