Former Employee Working at RJ Reynolds Tobacco felt like a dead-end job with little room for growth or advancement. The role was extremely labor-intensive, with long hours on the road and physically demanding merchandising tasks. Despite the effort required, the recognition and support from upper management were minimal. Overall, it was a draining experience with limited opportunities to build a fulfilling career.
