Riskonnect is a solid company w/ some market leading products. Management is reasonable, and it's not a churn-and-burn environment. Challenge is "flat demand" AKA not huge growth but consistent revenue and finding a way to overcome that.

The team has grown significantly over the last few years. Therefore, there has been an upskilling period, resulting in a lower percentage of the team hitting quota.
