Culture was touted as supportive, but was sink or swim. Different product offerings and market verticals had larger bearing on success of BDRs than any of the sales training. Origami has a great onboarding and training program that develops skills from the ground up, enabling team members to be prepared to conduct in-depth qualification for leads. There is a lot of room for internal growth as well due to the way the business is scaling.
