Leadership not sales driven. They do not understand how to implement a successful sales function, former and current marketing leadership is the worst I have seen in my career. Intelligent hires from old leadership have left and continue to leave. Inability to retain employees for >12 months. Political environment as Israeli company. Nepotism shown, do not expect to be treated well or be promoted if you are not Israeli.

The people are friendly, they have made some decisions when they needed to at the leadership level. The targets are too high for a business with a low average ARR per deal. They are giving near enough 1 million to reps who are signing deals between 20 to 100 k deals mainly. Some higher value. Inbound flow exists but could be better. Solid product, good marketing, cheap solution. Bad leadership, they were unsure of where to penetrate the market. CEO was the major problem at the organization, he was your "visionary that doesn't understand sales". Sinking ship with lots of layoffs in the last 3 months, not sure what is happening in 2023 with the company.
