Been here less than a year and the comp structure isnt good, was a bit of a bait and switch after I got hired. Told me it was one thing, and it was another. Commission percentage only goes up if you go into a 100% commission role. Even then, it is below industry standards, but you do get a ton of inbound leads, and previous client relationships to build off of, you are not doing it from scratch

Good organization, at least in the Los Angeles office. Leadership is definitely present to explain go-to-market strategies, as well as modules. Good culture at this office as well, although I don't think that is the case nationwide. For a staffing company, they also have a pretty good solutions branch as well
