There is noticeable turnover in the sales organization, and limited incentives are in place to recognize or retain technical sales talent. Greater focus from leadership on employee development and retention could significantly improve team morale and long-term success.

Poor. Company is struggling to achieve the most modest goals and the leadership team is unable to both make bold calls that would put the company back on track or build a culture that help company navigate through uncertainty. Definitely not recommended.
