Overall experience was positive if they would just have more focus on GROWTH, and larger deal sizes and business development, and not limited commissions at 150/150. My commission went from 9.8 down to 4.5 and doubled my Quota, so 2x the work for the same amount of pay. Being still a startup it is hard to attract A-quality sales talent with those numbers.
