Ok. Worked there during the glory years of mortgage refinancing. Learned a ton, met many great people, but ultimately most people sort of "grow up" and move on from Rocket.

My experience overall was great, however long working hours, great earnings potential, micromanaged to the T and a grind. However the company has a great reputation for serving the community and giving back. Out of office activities and sales competitions were amazing and super fun, culture is overall great.
