Rocket really trains you well but ultimately it is a sales cult. You can never say anything negative or provide feedback or else it is taken as a slight of the company. Yet they constantly preach the importance of feedback. They also micromanage and track your screen time, talk time, and expect you to be on the clock 24/7 but do not provide you with company resources like a work phone to do so. You are expected to use your own cell phone with no compensation. I was there for 9 years and have PTSD from working there. That being said, there is opportunity to make a lot of money there

My experience overall was great, however long working hours, great earnings potential, micromanaged to the T and a grind. However the company has a great reputation for serving the community and giving back. Out of office activities and sales competitions were amazing and super fun, culture is overall great.
