Current Employee A truly awful compensation plan was rolled out for sellers in 2025. Seems like they want people to quit.
RA spent 2023/2024 focused on driving ARR and must’ve paid reps too much in their eyes because ARR commission rates were cut by 80%. All the complex pipeline we’ve spent time developing is now worthless.
Our commission plans went from a % to now being paid out as monthly bonuses that are impossible to track. It took 2 hours to explain the comp plan to the reps and the presentation was riddled with errors and we all left with more questions than answers.
There continue to be some truly great people working at the company hamstrung by executive leadership that is punishing its sales force to reduce SG&A expenses. Browse Other Reviews
