A good opportunity with a strong product in manufacturing ERP space. Recent acquisition has proven challenging, with seemingly limited upward mobility for top performing SDR’s. Solid culture and training opportunities. Management is receptive to feedback and provides availability. Some odd nepotism with supervisors that isn’t addressed. Competitive base and variable compensation. Less than half of SDR team meeting quota, with inbound leads being few and far in between.

Lots of different solutions, but they all feel disjoined and opportunistic in the best case.

My overall experience onboarding was positive, but following the training program, it was difficult to understand how to be successful. Compensation was confusing and working with our distributors was often difficult. Management was supportive, great DE&I programs, compensation was not competitive.
