Current Employee I have been at this company for two stints - once from 2019-2022 and again in 2025. I came back to the company because I knew that I had a high earning potential and that I would receive the training and development that I desired. However, the culture and the schedule are very demanding, constantly changing to get the most out of the margins, and often lack the balance that can be found at larger companies. Sales is sales is sales, but this company really relies on the fresh starting employee and their willingness to push to exceed expectations. Not in a bad way, but in a way that makes living a balanced life difficult when you also want to be a top performer. Browse Other Reviews
