Each month end is anxiety filled just to make it above the point where you wont get a strike against you. Constantly making it harder to sell. Bogged down with onboarding tasks rather than letting people sell.

Current Employee4.3May 14, 2025great leadership, great training, great culture, great product, but a high level of no-shows, so SDRs need to book a lot of demos to ensure enough demos are completed to meet quota. It's a challenge to hit quota each month, but with focus, exceeding dials, time management, and implementing the coaching, it's possible.
