Market is changing with Google and their resell partners. The company is making a heavy shift to services, which has made it difficult to compete. In the last two years, only 10% of reps have hit their quotas because leadership has refused to adjust quotas due to market conditions out of our control

New leadership has completely changed the compensation model. Things have gotten negative as of late and 90% of reps aren’t going to hit their numbers this year.
