This firm is built on old school sales practices like tight but informal referral relationships with PE firms. But that doesn’t scale and marketing is not effective.

It's been great at SBI. Everyone is very supportive while the lead creation is definitely harder due to lack of online presence. Most deals are structured based on personal relationships.
