However the price point is a bit low to truly be able to earn significantly more than your base. Amazing culture - people love working here, and tend to stay for a long time.

Pushed by poor leaders and an even worse culture to the point of overbearing stress and felt I had no choice but to leave. If you want to feel like you're in an extension of College, you'll enjoy it. If you're serious about your career, you'll get bored very quickly.
