Company makes changes to pay structure and products almost monthly. CEO doesn't think things through and just goes with any shiny new object. Management do not seem to communicate very well together so great ideas never make it up the chain.

Its a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible work/life balance while making decent money but at the cost of having to support yourself financially for the first 3-6 months while you build a pipeline and generate commission.
