Current Employee There isn't any consideration in the nonprofit team for different verticals. The target is the same for all reps, even though management are aware some reach 150% of their target consistently because of the patch, while other reps are barely making 25% of their revenue targets. It's disgraceful and doesn't make sense to put staff under pressure in an industry that isn't profitable. I would urge a new hire to reach out to members of the current team to ensure their role is prosperous before committing to the role. Otherwise you will not be set up for success for promotion, commission etc.
