As a field rep, the biggest success was made when you found advocates in the office that could lead to increased scripts. The challenge came in the form of coverage and market access. Even though we had coverage, there was always a cost issue that lead to challenge with patients having to apply for LIS or PAP.

“Family” like culture. Leadership is really involved and intentional. Pay is great. Company isn’t very micromanaged which is great. Reps are trusted to run their business as they see fit.
