Management and product teams have never been able to get it together. Multiple hires of weak VPs of Sales and C-level "execs" throughout the years.

There was constant fear of being fired / let go and I was eventually let go along with 50 other employees with no reason as to why. There are much better places to be an SDR.

My overall experience was positive. Aled’s acquisition strategy for growth turned out to be flawed, so the company had to downsize. It will be fine b/c the core product is solid and differentiated in the market.

This places is a mess. I have 2 forecast calls a week, unless then it’s the last months of the quarter then there are 7-8 a week. The sales territories are so convoluted and the POD structure is just a mess. We preach about having a platform but it’s just an array of disconnected tools from acquisition over the years. Almost every rep with tenure has left this year....Read More
